Radiant Floor Systems:

Island Craftsman has installed a number of radiant floor systems in custom homes. All of these homes are hydronic systems utilizing several different heating sources ranging from oil boiler units to in wall propane units. These systems are very efficient because not only do they warm your home but also heat all your hot water needs. Each system is custom designed for the particular home´s needs.

Stained Concrete Floors:

These in floor heating systems have been installed in concrete slab floors on the main level. The concrete is then stained and attains the look of stone. Customers are amazed at how these floors appear, not only are they beautiful but are virtually maintenance free floors.
